Terms and Conditions

1. Any information submitted to MusInspection is confidential and will be held in MusInspection’s archive for a period of five years. 

2. Any representations that you, the client (hereafter referred to as “you”), make to MusInspection, Greg Gordon Smith, or any personnel engaged thereby are, to the best of your knowledge, correct and true.

3. By submitting a form and music to MusInspection, you authorize MusInspection to do the work specified and are responsible for all payments due for the work done.

4. You acknowledge that you have reviewed the fee schedule and are aware of the costs of the services provided 

5. MusInspection provides musicological opinions only. For any legal advice, MusInspection recommends consulting an attorney in conjunction with the musicological services provided.

6. Any musicological opinion rendered by MusInspection does not carry with it any real or implied guarantee, indemnity, or endorsement of any kind.

7. If you are aware of any song, artist, sample or likeness of any kind reminiscent to the work submitted to MusInspection, or if you have attempted to get a quote for licensing a piece of music, you must include that information, sample, or temp track with you submission.
